Action Safety successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an overhead fall-arrest system for Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) facility in Singapore.

The system was installed to provide continuous fall protection for personnel accessing an elevated maintenance area using approved access equipment.

The completed installation provides FRISCO and SAESL personnel with a dedicated overhead anchorage and fall-arrest solution for elevated maintenance access.

The system was inspected, commissioned and handed over with the required safety documentation and user guidance.

SELF-RETRACTING LIFELINE INSPECTION 

Action Safety completed the periodic competent-person inspection and functional checks of  self-retracting lifelines for Gen Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore. 

The inspection included equipment identification, visual and tactile examination, permitted functional checks, inspection tagging and a controlled inspection report.

SELF-RETRACTING LIFELINE INSPECTION 

Action Safety recently completed the inspection of self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) supplied to our client PT AIRTECH GLOBALINDO based in Batam, Indonesia.

Before handing over the equipment, each SRL underwent a detailed visual inspection by Action Safety. This ensures that the customer receives equipment that has been checked, documented and certified based on the applicable inspection criteria.

Temporary Roof Lifeline – Klip-Lok 406 Roof

Action Safety provided a temporary fall-protection solution for personnel carrying out works on Klip-Lok 406 metal roofs at 2 TUAS STREET 15, SINGAPORE 637079

The system combined SecurLine® Securbac U stainless-steel roof anchors, S-5-K Grip clamps and EXYAN® rope-grab systems, providing secure roof attachment while minimising unnecessary penetration of the existing roof sheets.

Overhead Lifeline System for Bus and Heavy-Vehicle Maintenance

Client was supplied with an engineered overhead fall-protection solution for technicians working on top of buses and heavy vehicles at Sin Ming AutoCity, Singapore.

Four 10 m SecurLine® overhead cable lifeline systems were installed together with EXYAN® ARA self-retracting lifelines and RIO full-body harnesses, allowing technicians to remain continuously connected while moving along the maintenance bays.

Temporary Fall Protection Solution for HVAC Installation Works

Client was provided a temporary and reusable fall-protection solution for technicians carrying out HVAC installation and maintenance close to a parapet work area.

The system combined SecurLine® structural anchorage components with EXYAN® 30 m rope-grab systems and full-body harnesses, providing secure attachment and practical worker movement without requiring permanent modification to the building structure.
