Permanent anchor point systems provide a secure anchorage for workers performing inspection, maintenance, cleaning, rope access and rescue activities where there is a risk of falling from height.
Designed for roofs, concrete structures, structural steel and industrial facilities, anchor points form the foundation of a safe and compliant personal fall protection system.
As the authorised SecurLine® distributor in Singapore, Action Safety designs, supplies, installs, tests and certifies engineered anchor point systems for commercial, industrial, marine, aviation and infrastructure applications. Our permanent anchorage solutions comply with recognised European standards, including EN 795 and CEN/TS 16415, while supporting Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Whether you require a single roof anchor, rope access anchor, structural steel anchor or a complete engineered anchorage solution, Action Safety provides site assessment, engineering design, installation, testing, certification and annual inspection services.

Permanent anchor point systems can be engineered for a wide range of roof types, structures and work-at-height applications, providing a secure anchorage for work restraint, fall arrest, rope access and rescue operations.
Action Safety designs and installs anchor point systems for:
Every anchor point is individually engineered to suit the supporting structure, intended application, number of users and load requirements. Depending on the project, SecurLine® solutions include S-One, Secur-One, S-One XL and Big-One anchoring devices, together with purpose-designed interfaces for steel, concrete, roofing systems and other structural substrates.

A permanent anchor point provides a secure connection between the worker and a personal fall protection system. Installed on a structurally adequate roof or supporting structure, the anchor point is designed to withstand the forces generated during a fall when used with compatible PPE.
The worker wears an EN 361 full-body safety harness connected to the anchor point using a compatible EN 355 energy-absorbing lanyard, EN 360 self-retracting lifeline (SRL) or EN 363 personal fall protection system, depending on the application. Anchor points may be used for work restraint, fall arrest, rope access or rescue, subject to system design and manufacturer recommendations.
SecurLine® permanent anchor points are available in fixed, rotating, extended and twin-point configurations, allowing them to be engineered for concrete, structural steel, roofing systems and other supporting structures. Every installation is assessed to ensure the anchor point, fixing method and supporting structure are suitable for the intended application and user capacity

Every permanent anchor point system should be selected and installed only after assessing the supporting structure, intended work activity, available fall clearance and compatible personal protective equipment (PPE).
Action Safety follows a structured engineering approach for every project:
✔ Site Assessment
✔ Risk Assessment & Engineering Design
✔ Supply of SecurLine® Anchor Point Systems
✔ Professional Installation
✔ Testing & Verification
✔ Certification & Project Handover
✔ Annual Inspection & Recertification
✔ Technical Support
All SecurLine® anchor point systems are installed by trained personnel in accordance with the manufacturer's installation requirements.
Where required, structural calculations, pull-out testing and project documentation are provided to verify that the anchorage system is suitable for its intended application.
Following installation, each system is tested, certified and clearly identified for future inspection and maintenance.
1) What is a permanent anchor point?
A permanent anchor point is a fixed anchorage device installed on a roof or structure that provides a secure connection for personal fall protection equipment during work at height.
2) Where can permanent anchor points be installed?
Roofs, concrete, structural steel, walls, façades and other engineered structures, subject to a structural assessment.
3) What standards apply to anchor point systems?
EN 795 and, where applicable, CEN/TS 16415.
4) Can anchor points be installed on existing buildings?
Yes.
5) What PPE can be used with an anchor point?
EN 361 full-body harnesses, EN 355 energy-absorbing lanyards, EN 360 self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) and other compatible connectors.
6) Are anchor points suitable for rope access?
Yes.
7) How often should anchor points be inspected?
Annually and immediately after any fall event or where damage is suspected.
8) Does Action Safety provide testing and certification?
Yes.
Protecting people working at height starts with a properly engineered anchorage solution. Whether your project involves roof maintenance, façade access, industrial plant maintenance, rope access or confined space operations, selecting the right anchor point system is critical to ensuring worker safety and regulatory compliance.
Action Safety works closely with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors and industrial clients to design permanent anchor point solutions tailored to each structure and application. From single-user anchor points to complex multi-anchor systems, we provide practical, reliable and cost-effective solutions backed by proven SecurLine® engineering and local technical expertise.
